We could list off all of his credentials (two Master's degrees in Psychology and a PhD in psychology from UCLA along with numerous certifications and additional trainings). We could even list off all of the television appearances he's made as a mental health, addiction, relationships and shame expert over the years (there are many in over a dozen incredibly successful outlets) or brag about the TEDx Talk he gave a few years back that has close to a million views. If you want to know his credentials, go ahead and Google his name or stalk his LinkedIn profile. But that's not what makes him credible. You know what does? His own struggles with drugs, anxiety, sex addiction, and shame over the years. He's credible because he's been where you’ve been. He knows what it's like to start over a thousand times, to beg for forgiveness from the ones he's loved most, and to get back up and do it all again. AA didn't work for him longterm. He couldn't stand the shame it instilled and kept making everything worse. He knew there had to be a better way, so after a decade of working in the field, he developed his own approach. The IGNTD™ Hero Program is a polished version of the methods and tools he used to repair his own relationship, self-esteem, and life. How do we know it works? Because it worked for him.
